Osnove rada u kemijskom laboratoriju s primjenom u praksi

  1. Opće informacije o programu

Program „Osnove rada u kemijskom laboratoriju s primjenom u praksi“ usmjeren je na stjecanje, ali i osvježavanje već stečenog znanja i vještina rada u kemijskom laboratoriju. Namijenjen je polaznicima koji su završili srednjoškolsko obrazovanje, posebice kemijskog usmjerenja, poduzetnicima, koji nisu dulje vrijeme ili nikada radili u struci, a javila se potreba da obnove i unaprijede svoje znanje i kompetencije.  Program je također prilagođen obrtnicima, nositeljima poljoprivrednih gospodarstava te drugim pravnim ili fizičkim osobama koji zbog prirode svojih djelatnosti ili osobnih interesa imaju potrebu edukacije i/ili dodatnog osposobljavanja u radu u laboratoriju na siguran način te provedbi različitih kemijskih postupaka.

Fokus programa je na praktičnoj primjeni znanja, omogućujući polaznicima da steknu vještine potrebne za rad u suvremenom kemijskom laboratoriju. Kroz interaktivne laboratorijske vježbe, polaznici će biti osposobljeni za samostalno obavljanje osnovnih analitičkih i istraživačkih postupaka te će razviti razumijevanje važnosti kvalitetne analize u različitim industrijskim i znanstvenim područjima. Polaznici će se upoznati s osnovnim instrumentima i opremom u laboratoriju, metodama uzorkovanja, analizom rezultata i interpretacijom dobivenih podataka. Iskustvo učenja bit će usmjereno na jednostavne, ali učinkovite eksperimente koji se mogu lako provesti s minimalnom opremom. Ovaj program pruža priliku za profesionalni razvoj i usavršavanje kako bi polaznici bili konkurentni na tržištu rada ili unaprijedili svoju karijeru u području kemije.

  1. Uvjeti za upis i pohađanje programa

Program mogu upisati sve osobe sa završenim srednjoškolskim obrazovanjem. Polaznici programa cjeloživotnog učenja mogu biti osobe koje su u svom dosadašnjem obrazovnom i/ili radnom iskustvu stekle određena znanja, vještine i kompetencije rada u kemijskom laboratoriju, no imaju potrebu za njihovim obnavljanjem i unaprjeđenjem. Također, program je namijenjen poduzetnicima, obrtnicima, nositeljima poljoprivrednih gospodarstava te drugim pravnim ili fizičkim osobama koji imaju profesionalnu potrebu za provedbom specifičnih kemijskih postupaka.

  1. Trajanje programa

Program se izvodi kroz 65 sati nastave od čega 15 sati predavanja i 50 sati praktičnih vježbi u kemijskom laboratoriju. Dinamika održavanja nastave usuglasit će se prema dogovoru s polaznicima.

1.       OPIS PROGRAMA
1.1. Ciljevi programa
Cilj je programa educirati i unaprijediti znanja i vještine provedbe kemijskih postupaka na siguran način s mogućnošću primjene u analizi realnih uzoraka.
1.2. Uvjeti za upis predmeta
Program mogu upisati osobe koje imaju završeno najmanje srednjoškolsko obrazovanje, poduzetnici, obrtnici, nositelji poljoprivrednih gospodarstava te druge pravnim ili fizičke osobe koji imaju profesionalnu potrebu za provedbom specifičnih kemijskih postupaka.
1.3. Očekivani ishodi učenja za Program: Program edukacije za obavljanje poslova Poljoprivrednog redara
  1. Predvidjeti potencijalne opasnosti u radu s kemikalijama.
  2. Razlikovati opasne tvari prema zakonskim propisima.
  3. Preporučiti korištenje primjerene zaštitne opreme u laboratorijskom radu te način provedbe laboratorijskog eksperimenta na siguran način.
  4. Utvrditi vještine rukovanja kemijskim priborom, posuđem i kemikalijama.
  5. Pretpostaviti potrebnu aparaturu za izvođenje eksperimenata i točno očitanje rezultata.
  6. Odabrati pogodan postupak za analizu uzorka
1.4. Sadržaj programa

Sadržaj programa se razlaže na tri nastavne cjeline:

  1. Siguran način rada u kemijskom laboratoriju te rad s opasnim kemikalijama.
  2. Osnovni principi rada u laboratoriju i fundamentalni kemijski pokusi.
  3. Odabir analitičkog postupka u kemijskom laboratoriju te njihovom primjenom u analizi realnih uzoraka hrane, vode i tla.

1.4.2. Opis programa
1.Rad u laboratoriju na siguran načinStandardni operativni postupci u laboratoriju. Dokumentacija opasnih tvari (STL i MSDS listovi). Osobna zaštitna sredstva. Interventni plan i procjena rizika. Sprječavanje apsorpcije opasnih tvari, dekontaminacija i prva pomoć.
2.Osnove kemijskih postupakaMjerenje mase (vaganje). Mjerenje volumena. Priprema otopina. Određivanje kiselosti (upotrebom indikator i pH metra). Titrimetrijske metode analize. Dekantiranje i filtriranje. Izolacija produkta (uparavanje, filtracija, ekstrakcija), pročišćavanje produkata (prekristalizacija, destilacija). Destilacija vodenom parom. Izolacija i pretvorba prirodnih spojeva (Izolacija kazeina, laktoze i albumina iz mlijeka; izolacija oleinske kiseline iz maslinovog ulja).

 1.8. Ocjenjivanje i vrednovanje rada polaznika  tijekom nastave i na završnom ispitu
Ocjenjivanje i vrednovanje rada polaznika se prati redovito tijekom nastavnih aktivnosti: prati se nazočnost (15%), aktivnost na predavanjima i laboratorijskim vježbama (35%), završni pismeni ispit (50%).

Kontinuirano praćenje aktivnosti na nastavi, evidencija o pohađanju nastave, rješavanje praktičnih zadataka, završni ispit.

 

Ciljevi programa i ishodi učenja programa

Cilj je programa educirati i unaprijediti znanja i vještine provedbe kemijskih postupaka na siguran način s mogućnošću primjene u analizi realnih uzoraka.

Po završetku programa polaznik će moći:

  1. Predvidjeti potencijalne opasnosti u radu s kemikalijama.
  2. Razlikovati opasne tvari prema zakonskim propisima.
  3. Preporučiti korištenje primjerene zaštitne opreme u laboratorijskom radu te način provedbe laboratorijskog eksperimenta na siguran način.
  4. Utvrditi vještine rukovanja kemijskim priborom, posuđem i kemikalijama.
  5. Pretpostaviti potrebnu aparaturu za izvođenje eksperimenata i točno očitanje rezultata.
  6. Odabrati pogodan postupak za analizu uzorka.

Program se sastoji od tri obavezne nastavne cjeline, a njegov sadržaj realizirat će se u manjoj mjeri kroz predavanja, dok će se najveći udio nastave izvoditi u obliku laboratorijskih vježbi. Sve nastavne aktivnosti  održavat će se u predavaonicama i laboratorijima za praktikume Odjela za kemiju.
