CEEPUS

CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Program for University Studies)

CEEPUS is the Central European Exchange Program for University Studies. The program supports the mobility of teachers and students of undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies. Through CEEPUS, students and teachers of all public higher education institutions in the Republic of Croatia can achieve mobility in one of the 15 countries of Central and Eastern Europe that participate in the program in addition to Croatia (Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia).

The CEEPUS program primarily promotes mobility within CEEPUS networks. CEEPUS networks are partnerships of related or complementary higher education institutions from several countries. https://www.ampeu.hr/novosti/mobilnost-unutar-ceepus-mreze

In addition to mobility achieved through networks, CEEPUS also allows for mobility outside networks (freemovers). https://www.ampeu.hr/novosti/mobilnost-izvan-ceepus-mreza

The Department of Chemistry has been a member of the CEEPUS program since 2022 as a member of the RO-0010-11-1617 – Teaching and Learning Bioanalysis network, in which, in addition to Croatia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Kosovo and Macedonia participate. The network currently consists of 21 participating institutions and has a twenty-four-year history. The main activity is the exchange of knowledge acquired in the bioanalytical field in research and educational work among partner institutions.
